1. Using the platform
HisabKing AI matches clients with independent, verified Chartered Accountants for services such as GST filing, income tax, company registration, audits, trademarks, payroll and compliance. By creating an account or requesting a callback, you agree to these terms.
2. The role of Chartered Accountants
Chartered Accountants on the platform are independent professionals, not employees of HisabKing AI. HisabKing AI facilitates matching, document handling and case tracking, but the professional advice and filings themselves are the responsibility of the assigned CA.
3. Fees and payments
Each service lists its engagement fee upfront. The fee is recorded when your case is created so earnings stay transparent. Your assigned CA confirms scope with you before work begins.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and genuine documents for your case. Uploading fraudulent or misleading documents may result in your case being suspended and your account being restricted.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage your case has reached — contact support before your scheduled consultation if you need to reschedule or cancel.
6. Limitation of liability
HisabKing AI is not liable for advice given by an independent Chartered Accountant, or for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by a client. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
