When you create an account, submit the enquiry form, or book a service, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, and the documents you upload for a specific case. We also collect basic usage data (like pages visited) to keep the platform reliable.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used to match you with a suitable Chartered Accountant, process your case, communicate updates via email, SMS, WhatsApp or in-app notifications, and process payments for the services you request. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Who can see your documents
Case documents are only visible to you, the Chartered Accountant and (where applicable) the assistant assigned to your case. Internal access is limited to what's required to deliver the service you booked.
4. Data security
Documents and account data are encrypted in transit and access to case data is restricted by role. Payments are processed through a trusted third-party payment gateway — we do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.
5. Data retention
We retain case records and documents for as long as your account is active and as required to meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations, after which they may be archived or deleted.
6. Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request account deletion by contacting support. Some information may be retained where required by law.
